Casa Flores is a gorgeous beachfront villa located just 10 minutes from downtown on the scenic coastal Barra de Navidad Road. Playa Punta Negra Condominiums has only seven properties on this mile long stretch of semi-private beach.
Entrance is into this villa sized condominium is through a private stone garden with exotic orchids and a Turkish styled 12 person Jacuzzi. Garden walkways are inlaid with mosaic trim leading to double carved entrance doors opening into a spacious Great Room.
The condominium offers central air-conditioning as well as ceiling fans. The interiors are defined by fluid lines, soft silhouettes and Mediterranean hues that all combine to create a tranquil vacation experience. Twin master suites flank the Great Room each with their own deep, feet long tiled tubs. A third bedroom with en-suite bath has a private patio that overlooks the orchid and Jacuzzi garden. All bedrooms offer king sized beds with pillow-top mattress and luxury linens as well as Satellite TV.
The kitchen boasts a wonderful tiled island and there are laundry facilities as well.
Driving from downtown to the condo, there is a small winding dirt road which leads to "El Nogelito" a bird watchers ecological paradise. Guests will enjoy hiking back into this section of the Sierra Madres of El Nogelito.
Outdoors, there is a junior Olympic sized shared pool for all guests to enjoy.
